6 TIG AC/DC welding processes
DC TIG: Ensures quality welding on all ferrous materials such as steel, stainless steel as well as copper and its alloys, titanium…
Pulsed DC TIG: Controls the temperature of the weld pool, limits distortion and thus enables the assembly of thin sheets from 0.3 mm.
DC TIG Spot: Pre-assembles ferrous metal parts by tack welding
AC Easy TIG: Simplifies use of the welding machine thanks to predefined parameters. The user only selects their tungsten electrode diameter on the interface
Standard TIG: Dedicated to welding aluminum and its alloys (Al, AlSi, AlMg, AlMn…). Alternating current ensures prior cleaning of the aluminum for a quality weld.
AC TIG Spot: Pre-assembles aluminum parts by tack welding.
2 coated electrode welding modes
Standard MMA: Accepts basic and rutile electrodes up to Ø 4 mm
Pulsed MMA: Facilitates vertical upward welding (pipes/pipeline...).
Usage assistance for the welder
2 ignition types: HF contactless or LIFT for electrosensitive environments
3 trigger modes: - 2T: maintain pressure on the trigger throughout the weld.
- 4T: to start welding, hold the trigger once then press it again to stop welding.
- 4T "LOG": the operator can switch at any time between 2 welding currents with a brief trigger pulse (hot current and cold current)
MMA welding assistance: - Antisticking: reduces the risk of electrode sticking upon contact with the workpiece
- Hot Start: facilitates arc ignition and is adjustable according to metal type
- Adjustable Arc Force: regulates arc length variations
VRD (voltage reduction device): welding current is delivered only when the electrode is in contact with the workpiece (not activated by default).
