The extraction kit, consisting of a flexible suction arm with a length of 2 to 4 m and a fan, is a particularly simple and cost-effective solution when air filtration is not essential. The original filter for the SmartFil extraction unit offers the best compromise between filtration and technology.
The snail filter has a filtration surface of 25 m² or 42 m² depending on the model chosen, a filtration class of E12 and a separation efficiency of ≥ 99.5%.
Important note: by using original filters, you comply with regulations, as this allows you to maintain and validate the IFA W3 certification as well as the warranty on your unit.

This casing is an essential component for extracting welding fumes outside the area where welding operations take place.
It is designed for the Smartfil welding fume extractor/aspirator.

This PVC-coated polyester fabric hose reinforced by a steel spiral has a length of 10 m and a diameter of 200 mm.
It is very light and flexible, difficult to ignite, and easy to compress.
It withstands temperatures from -30° to +80° - with peaks up to +100°.
