Track a Delivery

Whatever the amount of your purchase, you will receive an order tracking number once it has been handed over to the carrier.

For shipments via Colissimo, GLS, Chronopost or through Heppner and Geodis carriers, delivery of your order with signature is mandatory. This allows you to check the parcel upon receipt and in the presence of the carrier, as required by French regulations.

No claim can be accepted by our company if written and detailed reservations have not been made in the presence of the driver and confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 3 days following delivery to the carrier concerned.
