Description

Inverter stick welder with amperage adjustment via front-panel potentiometer from 10 to 200 A.
It allows welding of different types of metals using suitable electrodes: rutile, basic, stainless steel, cast iron, etc. This generator accepts electrodes from Ø 1.6 to 4 mm.

It features the following devices:

HOT START: adjustable, reduces the risk of sticking when the electrode and workpiece are cold, also facilitates arc ignition and penetration.
ARC FORCE: adjustable, maintains constant amperage in difficult welding conditions.
ANTI-STICKING: reduces the risk of the electrode sticking to the workpiece.
MPGE: compensates for under- or over-voltage variations in the supply voltage, particularly when powered from a generator.

Its duty cycle of 200A @30% makes this unit a reliable ally for craftsmen and maintenance services.

The PFC technology it is equipped with suppresses peaks and regulates the power supply current. This process also supports the use of an extension cord (up to 250 m) or use with a generator. This process guarantees good stability in the event of supply voltage variations when the unit is plugged into a domestic outlet.
The VRD process improves safety during welding operations in humid environments (mines, shipyards, etc.)
Its MV multivoltage system allows it to adapt to electrical under- and over-voltages

It also allows, with the TIG function (torch optional), welding of thinner materials (0.5 mm).
Materials weldable in TIG mode: steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, nickel, ferrous alloys...
It does not allow welding of aluminium in TIG mode.
