The redesigned auto-darkening filter (ADF) features the new light control technology

The EPR-X1 respiratory system allows you to adjust the airflow with a simple press of a button, enabling adjustment of the flow through the P3 filter from 170 to 220 litres per minute . The ESAB EPR-X1 PAPR unit seamlessly connects to all current ESAB PAPR welding helmets and provides advanced respiratory protection against harmful welding fume particles.
This PAPR is designed for applications ranging from occasional use to full-time industrial applications. The EPR-X1 has a robust and compact structure with a powerful fan to ensure maximum lifespan and performance. Check the battery status, fan settings and filter conditions at a glance thanks to the quick-access LED status indicators. In addition, the PAPR provides audible and vibrating alerts to inform the welder of low airflow (indicating the need to replace the filter) and low battery conditions.
The EPR-X1 turbo unit is controlled by easily accessible buttons with which three airflow speed ranges can be set: 170/190/220 l/minute. The spark arrestor and the two-stage EN12941 TH-3P certified HEPA filter are easily accessible through a removable front door.
