Electrode for use in hard hardfacing of construction machine parts or tools subject to heavy abrasion, high pressure or impact.
Compact deposit, machinable by grinding.
Smooth fusion, low spatter, usable with machines with very low arc ignition voltage.

Examples of use:
Hardfacing of dies, scrapers, buckets and bucket teeth, excavation equipment, chisels, conveyor screws, track links, cutting tools

The Ø 3.2 mm electrode pack contains 4.5 kg, i.e. 108 pieces. Length 350 mm - welding current from 90 to 135 A
The Ø 4 mm electrode pack contains 6 kg, i.e. 72 pieces. Length 450 mm - welding current from 135 to 180 A
The Ø 5 mm electrode pack contains 6 kg, i.e. 48 pieces. Length 450 mm - welding current from 180 to 230 A

Rutile-basic electrode depositing an austenitic-ferritic steel.
Specially suited for welding dissimilar steels (steel, stainless with non-alloy steel), and materials known to be difficult to weld such as tool steels, manganese steels, cast steels, spring steels, gears, cylinder rods...
The deposited metal is particularly resistant to cracking and is also suitable as an underlay before hard facing and for facing cutting or shearing tools.
