OXYFLAM 500 oxy-acetylene welding unit – 0.5 m³ cylinders – Air Liquide

The OXYFLAM 500 welding unit offered by Air Liquide is a compact and easily transportable piece of equipment. It is particularly suited for welding, brazing or heating operations for small to medium-scale work. Its lightweight and mobile design allows practical use both in the workshop and on site.

Equipped with the Jetsoud SI torch with integrated safety device, this unit ensures excellent flame control while guaranteeing safe operation. The SmartCompact regulators allow precise adjustment of gas flow and pressure, ensuring accurate and consistent work.

Composition of the OXYFLAM unit

The kit includes:

1 Jetsoud SI welding torch with integrated safety system and star wrench fitted with 6 tips
2 hoses of 5 m (Ø 6.3 × 12 mm) for oxygen and acetylene
1 SmartCompact regulator for oxygen
1 SmartCompact regulator for acetylene
Assembly assembled and checked in our workshops
1 pair of VisualFlame DIN 5 welding protective goggles
1 CUP storm gas lighter with square cup
1 Air Liquide B2 oxygen cylinder of 0.5 m³
1 Air Liquide B2 acetylene cylinder of 0.4 m³
1 cylinder transport cart

The cylinders are delivered full but without a refill contract. For subsequent refilling, contact an Air Liquide distributor or depot.

Welding capabilities of the OXYFLAM unit

Welding of metals from 0.3 to 6 mm in thickness
Heating operations: straightening, shaping or bending of parts
Brazing of many materials: steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, etc.
Approximate autonomy: 4 hours of welding or brazing with a 100 l/h tip (B2 type cylinders)

Refilling of Air Liquide cylinders

Air Liquide cylinders are supplied full and with no contract commitment for refilling. When empty, simply drop them off at an Air Liquide reseller or depot to have them refilled.
