The active ingredient of the SOUDURE ANTI-GRATTONS is effective over time and benefits from high anti-adhesion properties that prevent the adhesion of metal spatter and weld spatters on welding torch nozzles or any surfaces near the work area. Formulated without chlorinated or petroleum solvents, the SOUDURE ANTI-GRATTONS is neither toxic nor irritating.

Thanks to its specific water-based formulation, the SOUDURE ANTI-GRATTONS is non-flammable, releases no unpleasant odour and generates neither smoke nor dangerous vapours for the user during welding operations. The SOUDURE ANTI-GRATTONS is 92% biodegradable.

The SOUDURE ANTI-GRATTONS rinses off very easily with water and contains corrosion inhibitors. Silicone-free, it is compatible with post-finishing operations and can be used on surfaces that are to be painted, bonded or varnished.

The SOUDURE ANTI-GRATTONS is particularly recommended when you want to avoid any trace of grease on metal surfaces. It also facilitates the demoulding of parts made of polyurethane, polyester, epoxy, various plastics or rubber moulded by injection, compression or casting.

The DETECT FUITES is a water-based product containing an antifreeze additive, anti-corrosion additives and surfactants that give it very high efficiency in immediately locating gas leaks on all circuits. It can be used with all types of gas (compressed air, hydrocarbons, CO2, nitrogen… except pressurised oxygen)
The DETECT FUITES works by forming air bubbles around the gas leak. The DETECT FUITES is frost-resistant and can be used down to -20°C.
The DETECT FUITES is over 80% biodegradable.
Safe to use on pneumatic circuits, fittings, valves, taps, safety valves or cylinders.

PENETRANT:
Red dye used to highlight small defects that may cause leaks.

DEVELOPER:
White powder product. It is used in conjunction with the PENETRANT and highlights small defects that may cause leaks.
Its white powder draws out by capillary action the red penetrant embedded in the crack from a thickness of 30 microns.
Easy to apply, non-destructive testing.

CLEANER:
Surface cleaner to be used before and after dye penetrant testing.
Penetrates into the smallest cracks and removes excess PENETRANT.

The durable protection, extreme brilliance.
Protective coating for galvanized steel. Identical appearance to molten zinc straight from a hot-dip galvanizing bath.

Matt Galva

The anti-corrosion shield.
Durable cold galvanizing coating, matt finish. Very high zinc content (99%).
Dual protection: physical and cathodic for touching up and protecting welds.
Excellent corrosion resistance (2500 hours salt spray testing).
Very good adhesion on bare steel or existing paint. Can be overcoated with many varnishes or paints.
Resists without deterioration up to 350°. Good covering power and fast drying.

Gloss Galva

The brilliant protection.
Cold galvanizing coating with gloss finish.
Product designed for touch-ups and protection of welds.
Fine spray providing a magnificent metallic appearance. Dual chemical and mechanical protection.
