RIVELEX 200 est un produit en aérosol pour détecter les criques ou la porosité causées par la soudure dans tous les types de matériaux. Grâce à sa composition, RIVELEX 200 peut être mis en œuvre très rapidement, car il contient des solvants à évaporation rapide, laissant une poudre blanche sur les surfaces traitées permettant de détecter les criques.
Il peut être utilisé avec des pénétrants rouges et fluorescents (PENTRIX 100).
Aérosol 400 ml
MODE D’EMPLOI
Agiter l’aérosol pendant au moins une minute avant l’usage.
Vaporiser RIVELEX 200 à une distance d’environ 20 à 30 cm sur la pièce qui aura été traitée préalablement avec un pénétrant liquide.
Attendre de 10 à 20 minutes pour que le produit soit totalement efficace.
Inspecter alors les matériaux traités.
Ce produit ne cause aucun dommage aux matériaux traités.
Les bases utilisées sont conformes à la réglementation, ASME 2644 type II ; MIL-I-25135 forme D type II..
